Our casseroles preserve all the benefits of cooking in a ceramic dish: a smooth and homogeneous cooking that reveals the flavors of your small dishes simmering on the fire. The potted lid of the casserole will retain all the aromas by making the steam come down directly on the preparation during cooking.

Our line of casseroles is designed for direct use on all types of fires (with a disc for induction) and use in the oven. They are easy to clean and can be washed directly in the dishwasher without risk of spoilage.

Emile Henry has developed the first ceramic that goes on fire. Five years of development and testing were needed to develop this unique range called "Flame".
