Sold per piece, these ramequins are chic and made for excellent durability and heat retention. They are safe to use in the freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher!You can take your dish out of the freezer (-20 ºC) and put it directly in your preheated oven at 250 ºC or in your microwave.

¬†Emile Henry has developed a unique manufacturing process, the Cerdon, which enhances the qualities of traditional pottery. An extremely hard enamel, which does not crack over time. You can cut directly into the dish. Flat resistant to shocks and chipping. Cooked at 1100 ºC, the earth and its enamel become very resistant.
