Crust lovers, rejoice! This unique pie dish provides plenty of extra room for packing in more perfectly flaky crust—ideal for making classic deep-dish fruit pies, savory quiches and everything in between. Plus, it doubles as a baker for mac and cheese or gratins and makes a stylish serving dish.

Heat resistant, you can also put it in the oven or microwave. Dishes resistant to heat and cold. You can take your dish out of the freezer (-20 ºC) and put it directly in your oven preheated to 250 ºC or in your microwave.

Emile Henry has developed a unique manufacturing process, the Céradon, which improves the qualities of traditional pottery. An extremely hard enamel, which does not crack over time.
