This Emile Henry Risotto Pan has been very thoughtfully designed with features such as a round, generous interior which is very practical for mixing and stirring during cooking. There is also the sunken lid to reduce the chance of boiling over and little ledge for catching any overflow. The glazed bottom has been specially designed for use on ceramic or glass hobs (halogen). This is the perfect pot for cooking risotto, soup, or stew.

Emile Henry has developed the first ceramic that goes on fire. Five years of development and testing were needed to develop this unique range called "Flame".
